Ambika is an Online Community Curator at Bassett & Partners. She has been a part  of the team at B&P since June 2008, and has worked on projects for Nike, Microsoft, EA, and Intel. Ambika specializes in curating private online communities where she applies ethnographic principles of research to glean insights from the activities of members in these "walled" social networks. Her approach is unique in that she creates collaborative activities for members that are both informative for research, as well as effective in fostering a sense of community which keeps members engaged. Ambika currently manages communities in NY, Chicago, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Sao Paolo and Shanghai, in concert with fellow Online Curators in the international cities. She began her career at B&P as a Project Manager, and helped organize ethnographic assignments all around the world (African being the exception). Ambika is a Bay Area native and enjoys spending time outdoors running, surfing, and hiking.
